Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking a professional individual who wants to develop their understanding of a growing sector of financial markets and be at the heart of the Asset Management Business with a key focus on Offshore Funds. In this role, youwill be exposed to Mutual Funds, Private Equity and ETFs structures and work closely with professionals across GSAM's Portfolio Management teams (Fixed Income, Quantitative Investment Strategies and Fundamental Equity), product development, multiple saleschannels and various groups supporting the Asset Management Business
This role requires a motivated individual to ensure accurate and timely execution of Fund change events on behalf of the firm and our clients. The ability to project manage fund change events, stakeholder expectations, prioritize, meet deadlines and communicateto all levels of the organization of the firm is critical to this role.

AMD Operations is part Goldman Sachs Asset Management and comprises of ~500 professionals based in 5 centers across theglobe. It consists of four broad functional areas, Investment Operations, Client Operations, Enterprise Operations and Management and Shared Services, all of which work in a dynamic environment where control, client service and excellence in execution arefundamental principles.
Goldman Sachs Asset Management manages over 1,000 pooled vehicles, with close to $1 trillion in AUS. The funds range from Equity ETFs to complex private equity fund of funds structures, and are distributed to the firm's global client base.
**How You Will Fulfill Your Potential**:

- You will effectively contribute towards Asset Management Division's new business growth initiatives by directly getting involved in supporting new product expansion by project managing fund change events across Luxembourg, Ireland and Cayman
- You will actively work closely and develop strong working relationships with the Portfolio Management, Product Development and various Federation teams to agree product design expectations, fund features and establishing support models
- You will develop a strong understanding of our Asset Management Business, and the investment product's on offer
- Your responsibilities for project managing and executing fund change events (Fund launches / liquidations / restructures/Share Class events) across Mutual Funds / Private Equity / ETFs include:

- Setting expectations for launch timelines bringing together all Internal/External working group stakeholders
- Managing all internal committee review and approvals for new funds
- Facilitating internal systems and external system setups
- Obtaining internal and external Fund, Share Class identifiers
- Defining and getting approval for Seed Capital requirements
- Drafting and agreeing investment trade flows making sure all Operational systems are ready for trading
- Ensuring the fund registration requirements, including KIIDs, Stock Exchange listing support for the ETF's are in place prior to launch
- You will ensure smooth running and effective risk management of the existing and new funds post launch by ensuring
- Up-to-date and accurate fund data maintenance
- Effective management and implementation of Swing Pricing with the Swing Pricing Working Group
- Managing the EMEA fund registration requirements
- Monitoring Seed Capital investment
- You will participate and assist in ad hoc projects including technology initiatives to uplift our infrastructure, drive workflow scalability holistically supporting all fund change events globally and reduce time to market

**Skills & Experience We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Asset Management
- Strong Knowledge of Offshore Funds administration and Compliance standards
- Experience in project managing Fund Implementation preferred though not required
- Experience in UCITS ETF preferred though not required
