**Head of Credit Underwriting - Real Estate Finance**

Our client is an established, US head-quartered, highly successful investment management firm that focuses on investments in mortgage and consumer credit, including whole loans, asset backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, and other credit-relatedassets.

Their European lending arm is growing at pace, initially focusing on SME (£1-30m) commercial real estate finance transactions in the UK and over time broadening to include other types of real estate lending.

In the next 12 months lending will also commence in the Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland.

This role is well suited to an experienced credit underwriter who specialises in real estate finance, is comfortable in an entrepreneurial start up environment (within an established successful business), and who will embrace a hands on and varied role.
