**What you’ll be doing**

As a Barista you will amaze our customers with your skills and knowledge about specialty coffee, deliver great customer service, and make incredible Coffee

**Coffee & Food**
- Make outstanding coffee, drinks, and food. Show off your latte art - get creative
- Possess a wealth of knowledge about our coffee beans and how to extract the perfect espresso from each roast.
- Complete all necessary training to ensure consistency across food and coffee products.
- Support the management team in training new Baristas,sharing knowledge and expertise; quality is a core part of the Barista role.

**Standards**
- Proactively maintain health & safety standards and Compliance across store.
- Assist with store procedures including cleaning.
- Support store leadership team in ad hoc tasks.
- Ensure a clean, fully operational work station at all times.
- Check and unpack new stock deliveries in a timely manner to ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times.

**Service**
- Deliver unforgettable customer service to create genuine connections and increase google reviews.
- Support efficient service through ordering screens and deliver awesome customer service at the till for those who need a little extra help.
- Most importantly, have fun. Develop and grow your career with us.

**How to Excel**

In order to excel in this role; we’d love to see you go above and beyond to rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee. Bring your positive attitude to boost morale and show initiative with tasks on shift. As our company expands, it allows for rapid growth for our team so don’t be afraid to chat progression and development with your manager.
