We are a recruitment firm seeking a **skilled and experienced Barista**on behalf of our client, a well-established hospitality venue. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Details**:

- **Full-time role**- 40 hours per week
- **Opening hours**: 7 days a week, from **7:00 AM to 9:00 PM**:

- **Break entitlement**: 30 minutes
- **Free staff meal provided**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffees and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Operate professional coffee machines with precision, ensuring proper extraction, milk texturing, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, delivering exceptional service
- Manage stock levels for coffee supplies and communicate with management regarding orders
- Work efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

**Requirements**:

- **Must have proven barista experience**and the ability to produce high-quality coffee with speed and consistency
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, coffee extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early or late shifts
