What salary and benefits can you expect? Our salary and benefits package include an an hourly rate of £10.09 per hour with access to a variety of discounted high street benefits. We also provide paid annual leave, pension contributions, monthly colleague recognition rewards, cycle to work scheme amongst others.
What we expect Colleagues who are genuinely passionate for providing essential services to the NHS. You will be responsible for transporting patients to and from their medical appointments and between hospitals so the need to deliver excellence and a caring approach is critical to our business.

Committed to patient care, delivered with empathy
The flexibility to work shift hours which can at time run slightly over
A calm, considerate, careful driver, with no more than three penalty points
An effective communicator and experience of communicating with others in what can often be emotional circumstances
A natural flair for team working and collaboration
Physically fit for patient handling and moving
Familiar with the local and surrounding area, within a 50-mile radius
A team worker
