**About the Role**

To provide a full ticketing service to the business; providing high levels of accuracy and technical knowledge to the operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage manual ticketing queues to ensure tickets issued/ reissued/ refunds completed within company SLA.
- Issue of published CAT35 and Corporate fares and deals
- Contact appropriate airline to deal with any ticket queries as and when required
- Calculate complex re-issues and refunds ensuring compliance with IATA fare rules
- Deal with re-issues, cancellations and calculation of refunds
- QC booking prior to ticket issue to reduce possible ADM’s
- Fare calculations for re-issues
- Support Operations staff on all ticketing matters
- Offer guidance to Operations staff on more complex tickets
- Other duties as appropriate to the position according to the needs of the business.

**Skills & Experience**
- Full knowledge of and competence in Sabre is required
- Accuracy
- Possess the ability to prioritise and manage personal workload
- Experience of working with multi pseudos and EMD
- Considerable ticketing expertise with a sound knowledge of the travel industry
- Show excellent time management skills.
- Work effectively as a team player.
- Ability to communicate internally and externally - written and verbally.
- Approachable and flexible outlook.
- Work within tight deadlines
