Gymnastics and Activity Coaching Apprenticeship

At Tumble Gymnastics and Activity Centre you will work towards your Community Activator Coach L2 Qualification over the course of 12-18 Months.
The job will be to help with a variety of gymnastic classes from pre-school to eighteen years of age in recreational gymnastics.
We are mainly a fun based recreational gymnastic club, birthday parties, events with a competitive side of Teamgym gymnastics.
As with previous apprentices we like to see what each person enjoys doing and look to fit them into the areas of the business that they enjoy the most.
We run our own coffee shop and some staff members work in this area for a few hours a week if it has been of interest of them.
At Tumble Gymnastics you will be:

You will be on a Community Activator Coach apprenticeship, which allows you to get a qualification and get paid to do it Your qualification will be delivered by Lifetime Training, but you will be part of the Coach Core family

This is an apprenticeship programme, designed to help you gain skills and experience ‘on the job.’ We aren’t looking for any previous coaching qualifications or experience but certain personal qualities and characteristics are a must (see below) Successful applicants will be assisting and delivering sport and physical activity sessions in the community. Your sessions may be the highlight of their week
- so you will need to be reliable, enthusiastic, energetic and committed

**Personal qualities**

You must be enthusiastic about wanting to work within the sport and physical activity sector and be committed to inspiring others to be more physically active.

No prior coaching experience is required, but a willingness to learn, work hard and challenge yourself is essential.
