We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Gymnastics Lead to join our vibrant Girls Preparatory School Gymnastics Department. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver engaging sessions for pupils aged 411, helping them develop confidence, skill, and a lifelong love of gymnastics. What you’ll do Inspire, teach, and coach pupils of all abilities from enthusiastic beginners to confident performers. Lead the planning and delivery of our pre-squad and advanced programme, supporting progression into the Senior School squad. Act as the main point of contact for gymnastics at the Girls Preparatory School, offering advice and encouragement to pupils, staff, and parents. Ensure safety and compliance by checking equipment and following health and safety guidelines. Support pupils during competitions and showcases, helping them perform at their best. Assist with the day-to-day organisation of the Gymnastics Programme and maintain equipment in top condition. What we’re looking for Essential British Gymnastics Coaching Level 2 qualification. Proven experience coaching young people in gymnastics. Desirable Evidence of further professional development in gymnastics or sports coaching.
