Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for a Operations Support Administrator (Operations Administrator) to join our Business Support Team in **Blackburn **(BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis.

**SALARY**:Upto £24,000 per annum DOE

**What You’ll be doing as an Operations Support Administrator**:
As an Operations Support Administrator you will support our wider operations and leadership teams with a variety of business support administration tasks. From arranging meeting facilities and making worldwide travel arrangements, through to the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Providing administrative support to the sales and training functions, including creation and maintenance of employee training records
- Collating information and creating informative and engaging presentations via PowerPoint
- Recording of timesheets/overtime, expenses and mileage
- Making travel arrangements in the UK and overseas
- Arrange equipment, uniform/PPE for new starters

**WORKING HOURS**:37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9.00am - 5.00pm

You’ll be an excellent administrator with a flexible approach to supporting our operational and leadership teams. Coupled with a strong, demonstratable creative flair with experience of using Microsoft platforms:

- **Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively **- You’ll work with a number of stakeholders at any one time
- **Flexible, **with attention to detail **- You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks
- **Advanced IT literacy**:

- Microsoft Office 365, Excel & Power Point.
- **Highly organised - **You’ll have day to day tasks to organise and process, alongside urgent adhoc requests
