**Strategy Director| Creative Agency | London - Hybrid**

**The Client**

Harmonic operations are excited to be working with a London based creative agency exclusively to find them their newest Strategy Director. This agency focusses on the travel sector.

This agency is well known across London and its brand portfolio has increased over the last 6 months rapidly, they work with multiple well-established brands across the UK

Their culture is described as social, respectful, and driven by teamwork and collaboration. The office spaces are large and inclusive, with easy access to local and independent shops and cafes.

**The Role**

The creative agency wants a passionate and confident experienced strategy director or a senior strategist who is ready for the next step in their strategy career. They will focus on providing support for strategy development, whilst continuously trackingand evaluating effectiveness, putting forward new suggestions and recommendations for strategy management. Ultimately developing strategy plans that align with overall business objectives

They currently operate with a hybrid working model and employees come into the office 2/3 days a week.

**Responsibilities**
- Full responsibility of a team of 8
- Direct innovative and strategic solutions
- Evaluating the strategic direction
- Researching the marketplace to understand trends
- Analysing competitor strategies
- Implementing strategic initiatives
- Overseeing the work of their team

**What We Need To See (Essential)**
- Experience in a strategy director role or a senior strategy role
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Leadership experience
- Evidence of manging successful campaigns
- Communication skills
- Ability to interpret data

**What We Would Like To See (Desirable )**
- Evidence of analysing competitors' strategies
- A clear understanding of market analysis and research
