**Job responsibilities**

As our Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to an existing customer base to build business relationships and maximise sales opportunities. Responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls to generate new business and sales by promoting products and special offers
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Creating bespoke promotions and offers tailored to each customer’s needs
- Maintaining and updating our customer database with any relevant information including contact details, contact names and registered addresses
- Generating quotes and processing customer orders.

If you have previous experience in an account management or telesales role, then this could be the ideal position for you You will also have the following skills and competencies:

- Good negotiation skills with the ability to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Passion and drive to succeed in a sales environment.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
