Due to continued growth, Hales Group Ltd are looking for an Administrator (Human Resources) to provide support with the day-to-day running of the HR Department based in Thetford, Norfolk.

**As the Administrator (Human Resources) you will;**
- Support the HR Department with administrative duties within the HR function, including employee relation cases, staff personnel files, and any other support required.
- Act as first point of contact for the HR Department.
- Support with the functionality of the HR System, including any changes required and general management and upkeep.
- Support with accurate, timely completion of monthly payroll process for new starters, leavers and salary amendments.
- Assist with employee satisfaction and retention initiatives including issuing exit interviews and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist with induction and on-boarding for new employees as required.
- Conduct eligibility to work in the UK checks for job applicants.
- Conducting regular audits of the employee files to ensure information is complete and up to date.
- Support the People Services department and the wider central function and provide any ad hoc administrative support as required.

We are looking for an individual who is keen to learn new skills and has excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail. IT skills including basic Word and Excel knowledge as a minimum, and with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.HR experience is not essential.
