**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily operations of the business while learning various management functions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all data entry tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Support the management team in organising meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage with customers and clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving business processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Experience in administrative roles or data entry is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on challenges.

Pay: From £25,951.00 per year
