**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £22,000 basic DOE - £35,000 OTE year 1, £40,000-£45,000 OTE year 2, £50,000+ OTE year 3**

**This role is PERFECT for either estate agents or anyone with a sales background looking to make a transition, be trained by the best in the industry and carve an amazing career for yourself.**

**Must have a driver’s license and car to be considered for this role.**

Our client who has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry take pride in their reputation for outstanding customer service in the UK. They operate in over ten different sectors such as Education, Marketing, IT and Sales so you will have plenty of options to choose the right path for you. They have a fantastic, fun team which creates a great working atmosphere.

**What’s in it for you?**
- £18,000-£22,000 basic, depending on experience

£35,000 OTE year 1, £40,000-£45,000 OTE year 2, £50,000+ OTE year 3

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- strong sales: 1 year (required)
- working to targets and KPI's: 1 year (required)

- full UK driving Licence and own car (required)
