As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with us, we can offer you a great package that includes:

- A generous basic salary and the opportunity to earn commission of up to 30% (equivalent to £5,000 per month in commission alone).

We specialise in recruiting Web Developers, Software Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Data Analysts, 1st/2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineers, Service Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and much more. Knowledge of these specialisms is not essential, as we can provide all the training you’ll need.

Our inhouse Technology Recruitment Academy has successfully trained and passed its second cohort of Trainee Recruitment Consultants. As such we are now able to offer a similar opportunity to a new group of trainees.

Whilst you’d be starting as a Trainee, there is huge potential for career progression.

Your duties will be varied but will include:

- Contribute to the wider business by learning how to build your own client base, allowing you to create your own ‘business’ within our business.
- Work towards becoming a manager within our company and start growing your own team around you.
