JOB TITLE: Field Sales/Business Development
LOCATION: Exeter/Taunton Area
SALARY: £30,000 basic OTE £90,000, uncapped earnings, they will guarantee £60K in first year.

The ROLE
As a Field Sales Executive you will work closely with your designated telesales/appointment booker, who provide on average 15 qualified appointments a week, to sell my Client's range of services mainly to SME's.
The successful Field Sales Executive will be required to do the following:
*Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each Client with a solution that matches their specific requirements
*Self-generate new leads from a combination of networking, referrals & cold calling
*Work closely with the Business Seminar team who nationally run c.200 events a year and are an ongoing source of interested Client's who have a need for your services
*Close
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Field Sales Consultants with the following experience and attributes:
*B2B field sales experience
*Understand a consultative sales process
*Confident in value-based selling
*Used to selling to SME's
*A good closer
*Excellent communication skills and highly organised
