**Role Description**:

- (N.B. this is not an exhaustive list of the role of requirements):_
- This is a flexible role where you will be required to work from home and at the Springfields site. At times this role will require UK Travel.
- You will be working in the Fuel Delivery and Contract Management team (known locally as Business and Product Delivery (BPD)). You will be expected to work with and alongside a variety of stakeholders across the business.
- Reporting to Head of BPD through the Global Fuel Operations.
- Role is to support the Contract Manager in the delivery of a suite of commercial sales contracts relating to Fuel/Intermediate manufacture, Uranium Recovery and Storage.
- Support other commercial sales contracts as required on behalf of the Company, ensuring that all deliveries are made (OTIFWC - On Time, In Full, Without Complaint) and that contractual obligations are understood and achieved to deliver value to Westinghouse and its customers.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support the delivery of all relevant contract deliverables/ obligation
- Interface with functions e.g. Production, Quality, Technical, Financial etc that support the delivery of the contracts
- Represent the Company as one of interfaces with the customer maintaining and developing excellent customer and other stakeholder relationships in support of contract delivery
- Coordination of customer meetings/visits/audits
- Raise and co-ordinate contractual Sales Orders and Scheduling Agreements and Invoices in SAP
- Manage ‘Demand’ including attendance and representation of contract at Supply and Demand mtgs
- Monitor/Report on financials including all income, margin and cash forecasting, invoicing and cash collection
- Preparation of all delivery documentation including liaising with Transport/Shipping Agents to contractual lead times
- Review and issuance of any Uranic Accounts
- Support Contract Manager in management of any risk, mitigation plans and escalations where appropriate
- Develop and maintain all procedures relevant to the role
- Maintaining high standards of systems and control to support delivery of opportunities and continuous improvement
- Support the team with new opportunities through the Company ‘s Stage Gate process and working with Commercial Integration / Customer Account Managers in reviewing offer letters and contract drafts.

Other activities to support the BPD team may include:

- Support one of the department’s leadership pillars (e.g. Safety Quality Cost Delivery People (SQCDP))
- Support one or more of the department’s generic deliverables e.g. Export Licence Control, Demand, Procedural Adherence, etc.
- Contribute to the department metrics requirements by providing safety shares, completion of process confirmations, self-audits etc.
- Completion of all required training
- Tobe able to seek and raise continuous improvement opportunities

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Essential to have customer experience
- Desirable to have commercial experience
- Desirable to have a professional qualification in business and/or finance.
