Are you ready to be the friendly face of our clinic? Chichester Physio Ltd, located in Bosham, is seeking a vibrant and dedicated part-time receptionist to join our close-knit team.

At Chichester Physio Ltd, we're passionate about helping people regain their mobility and live their best lives. We are the longest established Physiotherapy practice in Chichester, with clinics in Bosham, Goodwood, Petworth and The Witterings
We're a trusted and thriving physiotherapy practice, and our success is built upon the excellence of our team. As a receptionist here, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Booking appointments for our valued patients.
- Efficiently reconciling payments and keeping our financial records in order.
- Organising and maintaining our filing system.
- Demonstrating diary management skills to keep everything running smoothly.
- Crafting well-written letters and correspondence.
- Presenting a smart and professional appearance.
- Having access to your own car.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time, 8-20 hours per week spread over 2 days plus every other Saturday morning.
- Includes a commitment of 4 hours every other Saturday morning.
- Availability for holiday cover is essential to ensure our clinic remains accessible to our patients when they need us most.

- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
- **Experience and confidence using Windows computers.**:

- Organised and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a busy environment.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A smart and professional appearance to represent our clinic.
- The convenience of having your own car to ensure punctuality and flexibility.
