**Hours**:Shifts start from 5am - 9pm, various shifts

Blackjack Promotions are the largest providers of promotional staff across UK Airports. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, flexible staffing solutions to some of the words biggest and most luxurious brands inside the Duty Free retail stores. Whatever project you work on, your role is to ensure that passengers have a positively memorable experience.

As a Luxury Client Advisor you will be taking consumers on a journey while maintaining and promoting the highest standard through extensive product knowledge and brand expertise. An A class customer experience will be essential with a customer centric mindset, striving to meet sales ambitions.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver mission and goals for the Boutique and achieve sales targets. You will be trained to provide detailed information to customers, such as brand and product information that will help provide a great in-store experience.

You must be able to sample and promote liquor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet, serve, and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop a loyal relationship with customers by giving a 1-2-1 personal shopping style approach to sales by interacting, sharing product knowledge, and sharing in shop experience tools.
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and brands strategies.
- Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and boutique/store performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Play a key role in housekeeping of the Boutique by ensuring products are displayed as per Brand Guidelines.
- Regular communication with internal brand team to share information on sales, customer feedbacks and escalate issues when required.
- Monitor key industry and competitor activity on products, promotions, prices, sales

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a luxury retail or service environment
- Knowledge in wine and spirits industry preferred
- Mixology skills
- Strong clientelling skills
- Motivated and committed with a ‘can do’ positive attitude.
- High level of presentation, communication with strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- Technical and logical approach to solve problems, proactive and highly organized
- Result oriented mindset
- Team player

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
