At Helping Hands, we take great care and pride in delivering high quality standards of care to our service users; to maintain this we are now recruiting for a Regional Internal Trainer to deliver Health and Social Care training to our branches throughout the Northeast.

The role will be responsible for ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to maintain the high quality of care we provide in the community.

We are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience and an underpinning working knowledge within the Health & Social Care sector to deliver training programmes across a wide spectrum of care related topics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, amend, and revise training programme as necessary in line with current and changing legislation.
- Development of effective Induction Programme.
- Ensure that all Statutory/Mandatory training is delivered in line with the organisations agreed timeframes.
- Monitor learning outcomes, teaching methods, delivery, and course content via evaluation process.
- Maintain accurate training reports and records.
- Maintain personal development programme to ensure that all teaching content/information is current and in line with all legislative and regulatory guidance.
- Preferable: First Aid and Health and Safety qualification or willingness to work toward attainment.
- It is essential that you are able to drive and own a vehicle for this full time, permanent role. (Mileage for travel between offices will be expensed).

**Person Specification**
- Previous experience of delivering training within the Health & Social Care sector is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A versatile and confident training facilitator with sector relevant experience (Health & Social Care).
- The ability work autonomously and prioritise workload.
- Excellent organisational skills to organise own work and work of others.
- Highly motivate, initiative-taking, confident, and enthusiastic in delivering care training.
- Work flexibly in respond to changing needs of the service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
