Occasional support in other regions may be required and will be arranged in consultation with you.If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you.Key responsibilities:Provide effective technical support to customers & internal stakeholders.Manage, co-ordinate, monitor, repair and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment.Keep abreast of and implement new developments, improvements and regulations for Sakura products.Maintain a working knowledge of all Sakura equipment by attending regular technical training at the Sakura Academy.Responsible for effective and efficient complaints handling.Achieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year.Timely and adequate reporting through CRM.Quality assurance.Participate in various project teams.We perfectly match ifyou havea secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with technical specialization.excellent command of command of English, both verbally and in writing.A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.relevant Professional Qualification for technical support, preferably in the area of Medical Diagnostics instrumentation.skilled use of computers and Microsoft office software.a local driver's license.and youlive ideally in the Northeast of the UK, since your customer base will be in the Northeast and Scotland.have a good presentation & communication skills to meet the training and advising requirements.are customer oriented, connect easily & make an impact at all levels.are self-organized, structured and independent.have a pragmatic can-do attitude.We offer you:an attractive salary package, including a bonus & more benefits.a company car, mobile phone & laptopAnd last but not least, a great job opportunity where you have full ownership of your work, recognition of your achievements and professional development opportunities.
