Office Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced office administrator who can join our team and ensure the smooth running of the Research Resource office and project delivery. The role is home based but we are based in Lanark in South Lanarkshire and are looking for someone who lives in central Scotland who will be able to meet from time to time for team meetings.
We are looking for an individual who has an interest in social and economic research. The majority of our research is quantitative, but some research projects will have more of a qualitative focus. Our projects are varied and cover topics such as housing, anti-social behaviour, health, regeneration, economic development and sustainable transport.
We are looking for a good communicator who can add value to our small team.
Salary depends on experience
The Job includes
- Review and formatting of questionnaires
- Collation of interviewer work materials
- Management of databases
- Checking work completed to allocated quotas
- Upholding Research Resource’s quality control procedures
- Setup and data entry of questionnaires into our SNAP survey software
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary answering or referring enquiries.
- Other office related duties to support general running of the office
Your Experience;
- minimum of 3 years office administration experience
- Multitasker
- Team player
- You will be pro-active and well organised
- You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
- Be focused and motivated to work on your own
- Work quickly
- Motivated to provide outstanding customer service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
