**Sales Administrator**
**Fixed Term Contract**
**£22,000 per annum**

Are you a driven administrator, ready for a new challenge? Are you looking to work for a growing and ambitious brand? If so, we have a tasty opportunity for a Sales Administrator.

**About The Role**
Our Sales Administrators are responsible for supporting the smooth-running of the sales department. From customer service and reception duties to order processing and administration, the role is varied and fast-paced.
We are now looking for someone to join the team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
You will be responsible for effective and responsive customer care, responding to customer enquiries and pro-actively updating them on the progress of their order. This involves building excellent relationships at all levels throughout the business and following up on enquiries in a timely manner, as the main liaison between Border and our customers.
You will also be accountable for processing daily invoicing, credit notes and checking pricing accuracy. You will also be responsible for arranging customer samples accurately and within agreed timescales.

We are a leading supplier of premium biscuits based in Scotland, and we produce the number one chocolate ginger biscuit in the UK. Our amazing biscuits are produced for many major supermarkets, retailers and businesses not only in the UK, but internationally.

In our Lanark factory, 190 people are personally responsible for outstanding quality, whether they are sourcing ingredients, weighing, mixing, baking or packing.

**What are we looking for?**
Ideally, you will have customer facing experience in a sales or supply chain environment. Excellent IT skills are a must with competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to build excellent relationships both externally and internally. You will be able to demonstrate excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
