Reporting to our experienced Administration Manager, Gillian, you will be responsible for providing a patient focused and efficient administrative service within the hospital. This will include ensuring that all calls are answered in an efficient and courteousmanner, all referrals are dealt with promptly and accurately and that patient records are maintained and kept confidential.
You will have recent and relevant experience alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative,follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
