**CARE WORKER - STOKE & NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME**

**You don't need experience in care to apply.**

If you have ever considered joining the care sector then we want to hear from you, especially if you live near ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4, ST5, ST6 and ST7.

However, having your own driver’s license is a must. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A COMPANY CAR, along with car insurance and some petrol. The details of how we can support you in regard to your transportation will be discussed during the interview

At Archangel, we provide community care in and around Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Our customers are elderly and vulnerable, and we support them every day to lead the best life they can.

We care about our clients and our team members, so we will not send you all over Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers and that your runs are logically planned. This helpsyou, our future staff members, to provide high quality, consistent care.

**Hours and Pay**

We can offer part time, full-time contracts and zero-hour contracts

If you work 40 hours per week you can expect your gross pay to be approximately £460 per week along with a separate payment of £55 paid into your holiday pot as well. Basic hourly rates range from £10 to £11 per hour, we also pay into your holiday pot separatelyplus we pay a mileage contribution, and enhancements to your hourly rate of pay for overtime and bank holidays.
