Role Support Worker – Children & Young People (Domiciliary Care) We provide compassionate, reliable care to children and young people with autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and complex health or behavioural challenges. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored care and support in line with individual care plans Assist with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks Support participation in community activities and social engagement Provide specialist support for autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and complex needs Promote independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and professionals About You Experience supporting children and young people with additional needs (autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities, or complex needs) – added advantage Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust Flexible approach to working hours and tasks Empathetic, patient, and genuinely committed to delivering high‑quality support Understanding of safeguarding and person‑centred care principles Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to undertake specialist training as required Essential Requirements Must hold a valid Full driving licence and have access to your own car (essential) Must have the right to work in the UK Post subject to satisfactory Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check Satisfactory references Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Individual and Family Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
