We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced **Senior Residential Support Worker** to join our growing team in Burton on Trent. You'll be working in a nurturing, child-focused environment where the well-being and development of young people is the top priority.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff, offering guidance and supervision
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of tailored care plans
- Take part in team meetings, handovers, and case reviews
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Build strong relationships with the children, their families, and external professionals
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and care regulations

**What We’re Looking For**
- **NVQ Level 3** in Residential Childcare or equivalent (required)
- **Minimum 1 year experience** in a children’s residential setting (preferred)
- Experience in a senior or supervisory role is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A compassionate, child-centred approach
- **Full UK Driving Licence** (required)
- Knowledge of relevant child protection legislation and care standards
