On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **Collateral Revenues Analyst** for a **6 Month** contract based in **London.**

**Purpose of the Role**:

- UK Derivative Execution and Clearing Operations (UK DEC) is a support function that provides a range of post trade services to Corporate and Financial Institutional clients on behalf of several Derivative Execution & Clearing business lines. The Control& Revenue Reporting team performs a number of activities that includes oversight, regulatory report exception management, P&L management and client revenue calculation and reporting. In addition the role requires the oversight and co-ordination of DEC operationsteams in other regions for the development and then ongoing management of collateral management and client revenue reporting.

**As a Collateral Revenues Analyst you will be responsible for**:

- Support to ensure the Control & Revenue team performs expected responsibilities
- Follow the main principles of CIB, especially through the segregation of tasks
- Support to ensure procedures are clearly defined, updated and followed
- Design and maintain appropriate risk and KPI monitoring tools and communicate the outcome to DEC Management
- Participate in the design and the implementation of IT solutions necessary for the completion and the development of the Futures Controls activity in line with ITO standards and objectives and in line with the Business and Finance needs
- Liaise directly with Finance, Financial Control, Internal and External auditors as necessary
- Support resolution of BAU issues creating reconciliation breaks in coordination with Operations
- Develop and implement effective and efficient controls policies and processes that are consistent with best practices
- Support to ensure risk data is submitted/completed ahead of the required deadline - eg Beacon
- Support to strengthen, standardize and monitor the DEC collateral process and client revenues data production across all DEC locations.
- Prepare and submit monthly Finance journals
- Liaise directly with Finance, Financial Control, Internal and External auditors as necessary
- Implement effective and efficient controls policies and processes that are consistent with best practices
- Escalate potential problems when necessary to Management and when necessary to Permanent Control and/or Compliance
- Produce Revenue Reporting output including associated KPIs as required
- Perform client interest calculations and manage associated communications
- Perform CRDS Checks and associated communications.
- Perform monthly BEACON controls for LAP.
- A Degree - In a numeric field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Commodity Futures clearing and execution flows, markets and products
- Basic experience of P&L management and financial accounting
- Working experience of collateral management processes preferred
- Client focused
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent numerical skills essential
