- Take feedback constructively and make edits quickly and accurately.

**You’ll Be a Key Player In**
- Ensuring our day-to-day design output looks sharp, polished, and on-brand.
- Keeping our digital visuals consistent across touchpoints, from homepage graphics to campaign rollouts.
- Supporting the wider creative team with artwork production and delivery.

**The Things You’ll Nail as Standard**
- Being hands-on and eager to learn.
- Working at pace without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
- Responding well to briefs, feedback, and direction.
- Managing multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail front and centre.
- Showing a proactive attitude, especially when solving small creative challenges.
- Keeping your files, exports, and working layers clean and well-organised.
- Bringing energy, care, and collaboration to every project, big or small.

**Non-Negotiables**
- A solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Visual awareness, clean layout skills, and an eye for digital design.
- An interest in brand, design trends, visual storytelling, and photography.
- A team player mindset, with a willingness to take on feedback and grow quickly.
