(This role is perfect for a Junior AP clerk or Accounts Admin/Assistant who has had exposure to the Accounts Payable functions and dealt with 3 way matching of invoices)

About the role:
Working within a busy Accounts Payable Team, the role will be investigating and dealing with invoicing queries, such as price and quantity discrepancies. Ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and effectively and payments are made to suppliers when due.Carry out statement recs for all vendors that have been assigned to you. Assisting in the preparation of the scheduled payment runs, to ensure only valid transactions are paid. Liaising with key stakeholders within the business and communicating issues/feedbackto suppliers.

Main Focus:
Dealing with queries from suppliers

Experience of doing statement recs

Understand 3 way matching (purchase order, invoice and goods receipt)
