Office Angels are currently recruiting for a PR Account Manager for our client based in Winnersh.

**Salary**: Up to 35k

**The Role**:
PR Skills
- Know clients and their sectors inside out to be able to offer confident consultancy and insight
- Advise the team and clients in terms of the right people to target for individual campaigns
- Work hard to maintain regular contact with key contacts
- Be familiar with standard contracts and have the knowledge to evaluate changes and recommend actions
- Be confident and persuasive with media sell-ins
- Mentor account team on individual sell-ins
- Deal with the vast majority of media and influencer enquiries unaided
- Ensure all channel KPI feature targets are met by working with the Exec team and offer help and guidance where appropriate
- Look to introduce new partners to the company
- Have regular contact with all distributor contacts and demonstrate added value by sending category insights
- Demonstrate key copy writing skills, vocabulary, and grammar
- Write for different audiences and occasions e.g.: direct mail, ad copy, corporate, consumer, channel etc
- Draft messaging documents for clients by understanding the market environment and brand parameters
- Provide confident guidance to team members and clients on the best Facebook advertising and boosting solutions, knowing the functions and capabilities of the platform inside out
- Have the ability to use advertising and channel posting functions for client purposes, for all popular social media platforms
- Be confident in knowing the strength of each platform, and why we may encourage a client to use one over another
- Consistently incorporate imaginative ideas into PR plans
- Run creative brainstorms to provide great ideas

Business Development
- Be the go-to contact for all daily enquiries
- Create fully researched new business proposals including competitor landscapes, trends, audience, strategy & implementation - with guidance
- Suggest improvements and new content for existing credentials documentation
- Display insights of campaign strategies and methodology

Account Management
- Understand the impact of financial and systems management - cash flow, client POs etc
- Ensure client servicing levels for campaigns are between 80-120%
- Leads and suggest efficient working methodology to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Co-ordinate team activities/client timetables
- Undertake all general admin tasks in a timely manner
- Produce campaign activity timelines that will deliver campaigns in a timely manner
- Monitor and keep the timelines on track
- Be responsible for ensuring all campaign reviews are documented to a high standard and are correct
- Monitor media etc to keep clients informed and
- Able to draft statements and holding statements, largely unaided

Management & Leadership
- Provide mentoring, direction, and support to the Account Executive team
- Flag to Directors any concerns with personnel, clients, or performance
- Empower and challenge Account Executive team to help their progression
- **Minimum of two years' experience in a PR role**:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of a wide range of marketing disciplines
- Have a proven track record of exceeding campaign KPIs for media and influencer coverage
- Work with honesty and integrity at all times
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Work to deadlines and handle workload effectively
- Have an enthusiastic, open and can-do attitude
- Promote company ethics and team working philosophy
- Have passion for developing others
- Able to delegate effectively
- Be the first port of call for Account Executive queries and concerns
