**Responsibilities**:

- Ordering of spare parts, consumables, and materials.
- Processing subcontractor orders where required.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Arranging of engineers diary, work permits, risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensuring job reports are processed through to completion.
- Preparing of job costings and forwarding for invoicing.
- Working with management and directors to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Be fully conversant and compliant with company Environment and Health & Safety procedures.
- Handle calls out of hours on a rota basis.
- General office administration tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (refrigeration and air conditioning industry preferable).
- Competent user of IT systems, for example Joblogic
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess first class customer service skills.
- Quick to learn and develop new skills, and open to training.
- A high attention to detail.
- Able to work and communicate effectively within the team environment.
