**Duties**
- processing sales invoices
- issuing customer statements and chasing debt
- responding to finance queries from customers
- reception duties answering incoming calls
- assisting with purchase ledger

**WHAT EXPERIENCE IS CRITICAL TO THE ROLE**
- Administrative experience gained within a finance function
- Credit control and reconciliations knowledge
- Processing sales and purchase ledgers
- Competent MS Excel user

**WHAT PERSONAL QUALITIES ARE REQUIRED**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Working logically to ensure processes are completed efficiently
- Ability to pick up new processes and systems quickly
- Confident communicator

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
