**Job title**:
Program Facilitator

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress review assurances, training delivery and support services for the RN AP output measurements.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external organisations to facilitate the timely delivery of any qualifications where mandated within the apprenticeship programme.
- Ensuring all progress reviews, observations, communications, and other information regarding the apprentices are uploaded onto the Management Information System.
- Being responsible for the duty of care of trainees under your control.
- Ensuring Company health, safety and environmental procedures are always implemented and complied with for all employees and trainees under your direction
- Providing Apprenticeship/award Programme support services for the wider (Location) Apprenticeship output requirements and measurement.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Assessing experience
- Engineering experience is essential (mechanical/electrical engineering)
- Flexible with overnight stays
- Ex-military would be an advantage
- Driving license
- Good communication
- Good IT skills

**About Project Selborne**

Project Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN. The consortia of partners known as Team Fisher includes Raytheon UK, Elbit Systems UK, Fujitsu and University of Lincoln together with 14 other UK-based suppliers.
