Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Service Co-ordinator to join their dynamic office. The Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for receiving tickets and scheduling field engineers out to the relevant site. The Service Co-ordinator willneed to be able to prioritise workload and manage incoming tickets as well as keeping customers updated and completing varied admin roles.

**Key requirements for the Service Co-Ordinator**:

- Updating customers on field engineer arrival times
- Processing daily schedules for engineers and prioritising workload
- Contacting suppliers and sourcing parts
- Ensuring agreed customer SLAs are met
- Varied admin roles
- Providing simple solutions over the phone to customers

**Key experience for the Service Co-ordinator**:

- Customer Service Experience
- Communication skills
- Time management
- Microsoft Office Experience
