The Senior Administrator for the Lincolnshire Community Cardiology Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and effective management of administrative processes across the service. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the clinical team, managing patient waiting lists, booking of clinics and appointments, and ensuring that patients are moved along their service pathway in a timely and efficient manner. The Senior Administrator will act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the service runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care and administrative accuracy.
Please note this position will not commence before May 2025
We are a dynamic team committed to delivering the highest standard of administrative service which you will support by providing day to day effective and efficient administration support.
To be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload and work towards the KPI’s and targets set for the department
Maintain waiting list and arrange clinics.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
To talk to patients/clients in a positive and friendly manner and deal with their queries
Deal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcome
Be the first point of contact for the administration assistants by providing support with complex patients and situations that arise within the services. Ensure necessary cover at all times
