**The Self Employed HNW Mortgage Broker Role**

You’ll be contacting clients to discuss in-depth their mortgage requirements.

You can generate your own leads or have leads provided for you, the leads provided are highly qualified HNW individuals, sourced from the businesses’ wealth management & accountancy partners.

You’ll be managing clients who are employed and self-employed, often with complex income streams and unique professions.

**Self Employed HNW Mortgage Broker Package**
- Based in the London office
- OTE £120k +
- Hours are based on your clients’ requirements
- Self-generated lead commission split: 60/40 or 70/30
- Provided Lead commission split: 40/60 or 70/30
- Highly qualified leads from their clients’ wealth management & accountancy partners
- On-site weekly training sessions to ensure your industry/market knowledge is impeccable

- An outstanding track record of mortgage sales
- Drive to be exceptional, a leader within the Mortgage industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with HNW clients
- Experience in Client Services
- Thorough understanding of complex cases and unique income streams
- Astute and ambitious, motivated to go the extra mile for clients
