**The Role**

You will be a pragmatic problem solver with an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, unparalleled experience with complex and unique income structures, ensuring compliance and record keeping is kept to the highest standards.
- Liaising with Mortgage Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure each case is completed to the highest standard
- Assisting the Broker in Client Meetings
- An in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market, Private banks and HNW client cases
- A thorough knowledge of complex and unique income structures
- Ensuring you surpass the expectations of your exclusive clients
- On-site weekly training sessions to ensure your industry/market knowledge is impeccable

**The Mortgage Paraplanner Package**
- Based in the Central London Office
- Up to £40k depending on experience
- 25 days Holiday
- Progression to HNW Broker
- Or/ Progression to develop and lead a team of Mortgage Paraplanners
- You must have exceptional ability as a Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner
- Experience with HNW client cases and Private banks
- Thorough understanding of complex cases and unique income streams
- Motivated to go the extra mile for clients
- A pragmatic problem solver and proactive and professional attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
- CeMap Qualified
