- Support Worker
- Barnehurst, Bexleyheath
- £21,010 per annum (pro rata) + £1,200 complexity payment
- Full and part time hours available

We are looking for a Support Workers to work with us in Barnehurst, supporting two young male adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, epilepsy, mental health needs & ADHD in their own home.

The ideal person to support him will have, or share, an interest in his hobbies, be able to adapt their communication skills e.g. clear pronunciation of words, slowing down on in their speech, uses correct words to describe items and situations, and hassome basic IT skills to support with any technical issues.

- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.?
- Supporting the management of our people's finances.
- Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.?
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.?

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
