Our warehouse team plays a critical role in ensuring our products are handled with care, efficiency, and adherence to the highest standards. You will oversee a team of up to 12 warehouse assistants across both Beddington Lane and, Coomber Way sites.

This role is perfect for someone who leads by example and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of warehouse assistants, providing direction, and fostering a positive working environment.
- Training and Development: Training and developing team members from new starters to current staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Performance Management: Ensuring targets are met while adhering to site regulations and maintaining high work standards.
- Compliance: Adhering to and implementing COSHH regulations and ensuring that all GMP practices are implemented.
- Health and Safety: Conducting and documenting all health and safety checks promptly. Technology Utilisation: Proficient use of all software employed by the company to streamline warehouse operations.

**What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- A proactive leader who leads by example and fosters a culture of learning and development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working with colleagues across all business levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in COSSH and GMP practices, with high computer literacy.
- Flexible approach to work, with a keen eye for detail to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems is essential.
- A Flexi / Counter-Balance License is advantageous. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

**Please note**:The working hours are 7am to 5pm. The shift pattern will be one month Monday to Friday and the following month Sunday to Thursday,
