**Job summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic customer focused Appraisals Coordinator, to work within a small team supporting the Royal Navy in delivering appraisal reports to support commission transfers, promotions, formal command selections, career management and engagement changes for Royal Navy Officers and Ratings. Coordinators are responsible for administering and monitoring the timely production, delivery and quality of all appraisal reports on Naval Service personnel attached to HMNB Clyde. As an Appraisals Coordinator you will have excellent customer service skills, work well as part of a team and be able to manage workloads to a deadline. This role also provides support and training to Reporting Officers (both military and civilian), Line Managers and military personnel. The role is predominantly based within HMNB Clyde but there are opportunities to deliver support and training to units located elsewhere in the UK.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
