HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues.
- Assist with payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR related topics.
Ideally you will have CIPD or ILM qualifications.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
