Experience of stakeholder relationship with an awarding organisation Experience of Internal quality assurance of marking and developing assessment materials and methods Experience of tackling and investigating malpractice and maladministration, within training provides, centres and subcontracting venues. Experience business planning and budgetary responsibility. Demonstrates good analytical and report writing skills. Experience of developing and implementing quality policies and procedures in a qualifications environment. Experience of developing and implementing qualifications **Desirable**: Practical experience of working in or with YMCA Award qualification or fitness qualifications at level 2 and 3 Experience of external quality assurance of qualifications Experience of managing teams for the purpose of quality monitoring of qualifications **Qualifications** Level 4 IQA Previous Fitness Industry quals such as L2 Gym Instructor and L3 PT Diploma A relevant vocational assessing qualification - may consider applicants working towards (e.g. D32/33, A1/A2, CAVA, AVR
