**Drainage Engineer**

You will be expected to deliver a high standard of work with excellent customer services using your technical expertise whilst ensuring your work vehicle, uniform and equipment are all kept clean, tidy and to a very high standard.

**Role Requirements**
- At least 5 years’ experience in the industry.
- Great time keeping & punctuality is a necessity.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- HGV Licence is not essential.
- A valid CSCS card is essential.
- A valid CS1 Confined Space card is desired although not essential.
- High pressure water jetting card is desired although not essential.
- Experience in completing CCTV surveys (WinCan CCTV survey experience is desired but not essential).
- Essential plumbing skills (drainage-related).
- Demonstrate technical knowledge & competency with regards to all aspects of drainage.
- Able to resolve & approach problems logically.
- Show commitment & enthusiasm for the task in hand.
- Being a team player is essential.
- Taking pride in what you do & portray the correct image of the company.
- Provide your own hand tools.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Attending emergency & reactive callouts.
- Carrying out high pressure water jetting (HPWJ) using the latest modern equipment.
- The use of core cleaning & electro-mechanical equipment.
- Completing CCTV surveys including WinCan software.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Confined space entry.
- Drain excavation & repair.
- Drain re-lining.
- Stack de-scaling.
- Assisting vacuum tanker services.
- Root cutting.
- Communicating effectively with clients and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager & team daily.
- Weekly callout rota and overtime will apply.
