Services offered include geotechnical & environmental, structural, flood risk, civil and transport, and there is a great deal of interdisciplinary collaboration. Role Your main responsibility as a Senior Civil Engineer is to lead the delivery of projects that are assigned to you from a technical and resourcing perspective. Technical aspects involved with each project might include: Flood Risk Assessments Hydraulic Modelling using Causeway Flow to estimate pipe networks and attenuation volumes Produce drainage strategies and detailed drainage layouts Produce cut and fill analysis drawings Highway drainage design Incorporation of SuDS features in drainage designs, including green & blue roofs, attenuation tanks and permeable pavements. Site-wide level designs and external works packages in accordance with Building Regulations Part M The ideal candidate will have… Experience in surface & foul water drainage design and SuDS. External works design experience Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow. Use of either Civil 3D or PDS is essential. The desire to take on more responsibility.
