A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Front Office Department; we are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to join our fantastic Front Office Team, to be the first point of contact.

**Entry Requirements**:

- Impeccable communication skills
- Hotel/Switchboard experience is essential
- Previous experience within a 4/5* property
- Experience using Opera
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
