**EARLY YEARS SUPPORT WORKER**
Do you have a passion for childcare? We're looking for a Support Worker to join our School Aged team to help provide an outstanding quality service for our children and families.
This is a permanent role of 1566.5 hours annually (27.5 hours term time / 37.5 hours during school holidays/in-service days) in our school-aged services in Castlemilk. You will work alongside a great team and report to our Assistant School-Aged Manager. Our Out of School Care services are looking for a flexible, open-minded individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Support Worker. We are keen to recruit a Support Worker who is passionate about delivering richand meaningful play experiences for our children and supporting them throughout their Out-of-School Care journey.

What you will be doing:
As our Support Worker, you will be a role model in everything that you do, from promoting our Indigo brand and values toensuring that everything you do in your role and for Indigo is delivered to the highest standard - the outstanding quality ofservice for our children, young people, families and our colleagues, ensuring that children and families are at the heart of your decision making.
Key Accountabilities - you will:

1.Supporting our team in the planning and delivery of stimulating, exciting and balanced programmes for learning byCurriculum documents for children and young people.
2. Working effectively and positively as part of a team, recognising where support is needed and respondingaccordingly.
3. To demonstrate a willingness to learn about high-quality childcare services and share a vision of best practice in linewith The Indigo Group’s values.
4. Provide high-quality, caring, safe and stimulating, exciting and balanced programmes to support the children’s learning by our Early Years Curriculum, ensuring that our needs and those of the children and their families are met
5. Ensure that all sessions are safe, fun and inclusive and liaise with external agencies to support children’s wellbeing and development
6. Follow and adhere to all policies and regulatory body governance to ensure that it meets the Health & Social Care Standards and SSSC.
