This public sector client is looking for a Training Coordinator for a 12 months contract, hybrid role (3 days/week on site), in Cumbria.

As a training coordinator, you will:

- Maintain accurate training record system in designated business area to demonstrate compliance.
- Track training needs and training qualifications and provide proactive training prompts for training needs, training events, etc.
- Co-ordinate and be pro-actively involved in the development of the annual training need forecast. Maintain the schedule and track progress to the schedule throughout the year.
- Integrate training schedules into the operating schedules of the directorate.
- Schedule personnel for training and continuing training.
- Qualifications in business admin / IT - Not essential but desirable
- Previous customer service from any background
- Strong IT skills
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels
