Training Coordinator

Maintain accurate training records in OPMS and paper records to demonstrate compliance.
- Track training needs and training qualifications and provide proactive training prompts for training needs, training events, etc.
- Schedule training bases on personnel’s current demand and continuing training.
- Create and maintain meaningful and visible training reports and KPI’s as required.
- Alert training lead/manager to training issues.
- Provide training system advice, guidance and training.
- Perform self-checks and self-assessments.
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with team, colleagues and customers.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Suite
- Experience in Customer System
- Business Administration qualification
**Mandatory Training**
- 3 day Training Course plus completion of Mentor Guide

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to £18.11 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
