Digital Marketing Lead

Future Fit has the opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Lead. You’ll be working on the Digital Marketing delivery across all of the subsidiaries in our Group structure, with a particular focus on our core brand, Future Fit Training, which is a provider of leading Health, Fitness and Nutrition education in the B2C space.

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, taking the lead in planning, execution, and reporting across all digital marketing output. Collaborating closely with our Digital, Content, Communications, and Creative teams, you will drive our SEO, Paid Media, Website Optimization, A/B testing, CRO, and Digital Campaigns. Your primary objective will be to enhance our digital footprint and achieve remarkable results in acquisition.

You will join a multi-discipline Marketing and Creative department as a more senior team member, with line management responsibilities in our Digital Marketing team, as well as responsibility for relationship management with our external suppliers and contractors.

**Essential qualifications and skills**:

- Google Ads certification(s)
- Demonstratable experience in a similar position
- High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data - budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics & Search Console and other industry tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Experience of website content management systems (CMS) e.g. WordPress
- Experience managing a paid advertising budget
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Comfortable pitching ideas to management and understand what is good for the brand and driving revenue
- A ‘make it happen’ kind of attitude
